The Berlin-Uhr (German for "Berlin Clock") is a public clock in Berlin. It was designed by Dieter Binninger and tells the time by means of illuminated, coloured fields. Unofficially, it is also called Mengenlehreuhr (German for "Set Theory Clock").

This watch face emulates the "Berlin Clock". Like the model, it is optimized for square watches.

How the time is told?

The clock displays the time in 24-hour format. The illuminating fields denote different amount of hours and minutes.

The fields of the very top row denote five full hours each. The fields of the second row denote one full hour each. The fields of the third row denote five full minutes each (the different colors are only for convenience reasons). And the fields of the bottom row denote one full minute each.

The round field on top denote seconds (litting means even- and unlitting means odd-numbered seconds).
