IMPORTANT DISCLOSURES

These functions apply when enabled:

• Location: your location data is used to show the closest airport for booking, flight status and check-in.

• Contacts: allows contacts you select to receive flight status notifications.

• Calendar: your flight information is added to your calendar.

• Camera: you can add your Aeroplan number, credit card number and expiry date using the camera to ease future purchases.

• Notifications: (push notification, email, SMS message) are used to send you service messages such as check-in and boarding reminders, boarding pass updates, booking changes, flight status changes, credit card and passport expiry reminders. You can customize these preferences in the app’s Menu > Settings > Notifications

• Wi-Fi connection information: used to determine if Wi-Fi internet access and a connection is available for the in-flight entertainment system on Air Canada Rouge® flights.

• File system access/system storage: used to temporarily store data for in-flight entertainment system content.

• Your device identity log information (phone make/model, device language, operating system and app version) is attached to emails you send us when you report an issue using the app.

Belangrijke mededelingen

Deze functies van toepassing wanneer ingeschakeld:

• Locatie: uw locatie gegevens worden gebruikt om de dichtstbijzijnde luchthaven voor het boeken, vluchtstatus te tonen en de check-in.

• Contacten: hiermee kunt contactpersonen die u selecteert op de vlucht statusmeldingen ontvangen.

• Kalender: uw vlucht informatie wordt toegevoegd aan uw agenda.

• Camera: u kunt uw Aeroplan nummer, credit card nummer en de vervaldatum toe te voegen met behulp van de camera om toekomstige aankopen te verlichten.

• Kennisgevingen: (push notificatie, e-mail, SMS-bericht) worden gebruikt om u serviceberichten, zoals check-in en boarding herinneringen te versturen, instapkaart updates, het boeken van veranderingen, vluchtstatus veranderingen, credit card en paspoort vervallen herinneringen. U kunt deze voorkeuren aanpassen in het menu van de app> Instellingen> Meldingen

• Wi-Fi-verbinding informatie: wordt gebruikt om te bepalen of Wi-Fi internet en een verbinding beschikbaar is voor de in-flight entertainment systeem met Air Canada Rouge® vluchten.

• toegang tot het bestandssysteem / system opslag: wordt gebruikt om gegevens voor in-flight entertainment systeem inhoud tijdelijk op te slaan.

• Uw apparaat identiteit log-informatie (telefoon merk / model, taal van het apparaat, het besturingssysteem en app-versie) is bevestigd aan e-mails die u ons stuurt wanneer u een probleem te melden met behulp van de app.
