A number or recent reviews with respect to the latest update are inaccurate. Please note the following

1. Rewardle does not require login via Facebook, you can still sign up with email and password, we just highlighted Facebook option. We thank members for their feedback and will be revising the interface for signup/login in next release.

2. Members who were logged out by a recent authentication bug did not lose points. The overwhelming issue was that these logged out members created new accounts either by mistakenly logging in with Facebook or creating new email accounts which logged them in as a different user. We can resolve any issues of members by connecting accounts (contact support@rewadle.com) or members can use the forgot password option using their original email to access their original membership.
