Cronosurf Wave

is a chronograph watch with main focus on design, functionality and usability. This app is based on the original design started 2014 as a web-based technology demonstrator (http://cronosurf.com).

If you are a chronograph watch lover, you will find yourself using Cronosurf as your day-to-day app for alarm, countdown timer and stopwatch.

Since Cronosurf has many features, the app includes a comprehensive

Button Assistant

- known from the Cronosurf website (http://cronosurf.com) - that labels each button according to the momentary state of the watch is now integrated in the app. Use it for quickly getting familiarized with the basic functionality. To activate it, simply tap on the area above the watch.

Cronosurf Wave

supports Android Wear

watches and runs fully interactive! Except the compass, all functions of the main app are implemented. However, it has been tested only on one Wear device, the Huawei Watch. It is therefore to be regarded as a preview and might not show full technical maturity on all situations/devices.

Note:

For touch interactivity, Android 6.+ on the watch is required

There is also a dedicated "Android Smartwatch Mode" for standalone Android Smartwatches (like the Finow X5) that optimizes the app for the watch screen. Note that Cronosurf runs as a regular app on these devices (not as a watchface).

Permissions:

- Run at startup: Used for reactivating a pending AL or CD.

- Prevent device from sleeping: As long as an alarm is being played, such the user can see the watch and stop the alarm.

NOTE:

Since Android 5.0 (Lollipop), the operating system does not allow alarm events that occur in

less than 5 seconds

. Cronosurf will therefore limit the minimum countdown timer setting automatically to 5 seconds if running on such devices.

Cronosurf Wave

ondersteunt Android Wear horloges en loopt volledig interactief! Behalve het kompas, worden alle functies van de hoofdapp uitgevoerd. Er is echter alleen getest op een Wear-apparaat, de Huawei Watch. - Run bij het opstarten: Gebruikt voor het reactiveren van een lopende AL of cd.

- Voorkom dat apparaat overschakelt naar slaapmodus: Zolang er een alarm wordt afgespeeld, kan de gebruiker zoals het horloge zien en te stoppen met de alarm.

NB: Sinds Android 5.0 (Lollipop), het besturingssysteem niet toelaat alarm gebeurtenissen die zich voordoen in

minder dan 5 seconden . Cronosurf zal dus de minimum countdown timer automatisch instellen op 5 seconden als u op een dergelijke apparaten te beperken.
