The app does not work, and customer service is not helpful. This app disconnects consistently and does not sync once the disconnection takes place. Unfortunately, customer service simply sends instructions that do not work. My phone was restarted, the app was installed and uninstalled, the cache was deleted, the Bluetooth turned on and off, the app paired and unpaired, the "connect watch" in the app was never connected, and the watch was close to the phone. Nothing worked. Please fix it!

Looks clean, easy to navigate though a little slow. Switching faces was nice and new faces popped up frequently. It worked well in the beginning but for some reason after I did a factory reset on the watch and reinstalled the app, it's slower and all of the faces I accumulated are now gone. Even watch faces that are advertised on their website. The basic ones are still there but not the one that I used. I have the gen 6 with wear OS 3.5.

I have struggled to get/keep the connection between my app and watch for notifications, weather etc. which I can accept for the next few months but I do wish I could click through the notification (which is always up trying to provide those background services,) into the app to (ie) manually initiate a data sync. I'll probably miss this when it goes away next year, I just hope I can find an acceptable replacement 😞
