This app is difficult to use because everything you need is buried multiple layers deep in the menus. It's not intuitive. Part of the problem that the home page is not a place to manage your account, it's a store front to sell you more products. This is not a user-focussed experience, it's primarily a marketing app.

Kia ora Michael! When you hop into the MySpark section of the app, it'll remember the last tab you were on and take you right back there the next time you open it. We’ve got four main tabs: Usage, Billing, Products, and Profile. Just tap on the little arrows to get more details on your plans, usage, and monthly charges. Hope this helps! 😊 ^Grace

Update in 2024. I think I've finally had enough of Spark altogether, all focussed mostly around this app and website. I can't load the app on my phone at all anymore. It has been weeks, the app just doesn't work on my modern phone anymore. I found a charge on my card from Spark for my mobile. Weird, considering I checked days earlier to ensure my auto top-up was off. This scam company has set two auto top-up options. One at the top of your account, and a 2ND right at the bottom easily missed.

Hi Micheal, we understand it can take time to get used to the new layout. We've simplified it with 4 main tabs. If you then tap on your number/plan it will take you to a Details page with more options. I don't believe the payment process. one morning suddenly find I have a outstanding payment from the previous month that I haven't seen notification of, then a horribly complex method of changing cards just for Spark (couldn't use Google defaults). All done, card set as default and I still have no data available. 20th century stuff, Spark - no wonder you're losing customers!
