I'm a plus-size lady, and I was over the moon when I discovered River Island started doing plus-size clothing. However, recently, when you select to view the plus-size clothing, it only shows slim models. Unless you go to the bottom of the list.

I have exactly the same problem, " the robot box completely turns grey. " I been on the phone to Samsung twice, and both times the guys have been great, they only thing that helped me actually get into my river island was Settings > apps > choose default then choose chrome instead of samsung Internet, works fine now. 🙂

Does not allow me to log in since the update as the I'm not a robot box turns fully grey when you Try to tick it. It is now adding the wrong sized items to my basket which is very frustrating when trying to order, as the big and tall items are only available online. All items I've just ordered have all been sent in the wrong size because of this fault on the app
