MuscleWear is a Workout planning and tracking App for weight lifting, and runs on Android Wear.

Your training sessions get stored in Google Fit.

No more paper plans, or taking your mobile phone to the gym - just wear your wear! :)

The plan editor allows every possible combination of training flows - alternate exercises, make cardio / HIIT sessions in the middle of your training - all of this as you want, just set up your plan without restrictions. Plan your pauses with the built in count down timer, and add custom notes to your plan and exercises.

And if you're in the gym and your next exercise is occupied, just go on - spontaneous changes are possible as well ;)

Important: You'll need a Android Wear Device - without it, this App is useless, as most functionality is on the Wear.
