The 'on watch' settings worked fine on my LG R watch but now I have changed to a Ticwatch Pro I found that the on watch settings no longer work so I can't see health data and I can only make config changes using the phone app. One other thing, the support on RichFace website is useless. You send an email and get no reply

I have paid for this watch face online. However, when I open the app in my mobile I keep getting the "Settings" page despite it being unlocked. Let me get the watch face on my watch first then I will rate the face.

No way to test out the watch face. The app doesnot include any watch face to try out and directs you to pay and install other apps for watch faces. This app does nothing except scam you for money. Pathetic and shameful for Google to allow such scams and theft openly.

Apologies for any difficulties you experienced with the setup. We are not sure what you mean by redirecting to another apps. There are two apps, one is the companion app and another is the watch face which you need to install it directly via Google Play Store on your smartwatch.
