About this app

Add Wi-Fi connections and enter passwords directly on your Wear OS (Android Wear) smartwatch. View WiFi connection details. Use the Wi-Fi radar to get an overview of active networks. With the full version you can also sign in to public Wi-Fi hotspots and use static IP settings for Wi-Fi connections.

With this full featured Wi-Fi manager you will get the most out of your Android Wear smartwatch's Wi-Fi capabilities.

NOTE: All those features work without your phone. So if you left your phone at home and it is connected to the internet there, you can still connect your watch to a new Wi-Fi network allowing you to get notifications, use all apps on your watch, ...

The app locked my LG Watch Sport with Wear OS 2.0 (just released). I had to reboot to regain control. The app has a problem with listing multiple APs that share the same SSID; a standard practice in corporations (and schools; I have many "eduroam" APs listed, although I saved the credentials for one. The watch failed to connect to the one for which I provided the credentials. The lockup happened when I re-tried multiple times to connect. I also opened the "radar" screen for a moment; this could have been the reason for first very sluggish performance, and then complete lockup. The battery seems to be drained considerably when the app runs. The WiFi does not have such issues on my home network (when connected without WiFi Manager).

It works but man does this interface need work. Had to really play with it to get it to take. Once I did though, it was all set. I actually forgot the network as it doesn't show you connected when you hit connect, but when I checked the wifi on the watch it showed up and is connected. I was like oh crud will it remove it now that its connected, I rebooted and it reconnected so I am just walking away very slowly. LOL Try toggle wifi off and on and sliding over to see the networks when its spinning

I bought the full version to be able to connect to WiFi networks which require you to sign-in (eg hotels) but it doesn't connect. Tried on multiple different networks. Besides if the network is has multiple devices each transmitting on a different channel the app shows each channel as a new network. This should be transparent to the end user, just like Android shows a single SSID even though it may be running on more then one channel. Did not like it.

Hi, this issue is due to changes Google made in Android Wear 2.0. and it affects all later Wear OS versions. Captive portals are currently not working on Wear OS devices and our developers will not be able to fix this until Google makes some (back)changes (which is unlikely at this point). We tried to announce this in our Google Play description.

What's new

Fix: Not able to enter IP address

Older changes
New: Wear OS dark theme
New: Swipe down to refresh wifi list
New: Settings activity on watch
New: Log in to hidden networks
New: Log in to EAP networks
