Kroger's apps are among the worst in grocery. It's actually a pain to use the QFC app. For starters, the UI is terrible—clunky, heavy, & confusing. The app needs a significant overhaul or rebuild from scratch. Please see Safeway & Walmart for how a grocery app should look & feel like. Additionally, it's very slow on startup, ads often won't load (the new ad format is awful, btw—trash it), cpns can't be clipped within the ad, accessing cpns takes too many taps, & cpn filters don't work.

Update 2:If I could drop it to 0 stars, I would. I've been a lifelong QFC shopper, but I am ready to quit and cancel Boost! I'm dependent on delivery, and with all the issues of late with this app, I'm ready to give up and go to Safeway. And I HATE the new ad layout. Update:Dropping another star, I have had to sign in multiple times, the store location keeps changing. App is ok for creating a shopping list, nightmare for delivery. Can't move items easily from in store to delivery.

The shopping list will not sort correctly. When I go to the store I want to get in and out as efficiently as possible, so I set the mobile app to sort my list by 'Aisle Ascending', so I can start from one side of the store and finish at the other side. Unfortunately, the mobile app doesn't use leading zeros, so the aisle sort order displays like 10,11,13,14,3.6.7. So now I have to retrace back to the single aisles that are out of order. App is pretty nice except for this bug.
