I am not sure why Lyft hasn't figured this out, but the pickup location specified by the rider and the pickup location given to the driver have to be exactly the same. Some of your users are blind, and cannot identify the car further than 30 ft. This is one of many reasons why this app has dependably made me late every time I use it. Can't believe you pricrd out taxis up provide a worse service.

The new view is extremely unhelpful. I can either see the map of where the driver is or see the driver details. The old view showed me a zoomed in view of where the driver was and the driver details in one screen. Not sure why they would change it and require the user to constantly have to swipe back and forth. Why make the app less usable?

I am okay with the service. I once came off the app for a year because my credit card in my account was hacked and they didn't seem to care. they were only concerned about getting paid, which I was not opposed to but the bank had shut down my card. I only wanted them to do something and they did nothing The first opportunity they got to take what was owed, they did, without even looking into the problem I was having. I'm back on the app because it's convenient
