Galaxy note 10+ can't hear any text message announcements, I'm using Plantronics - Voyager 5200 UC (Poly) - Bluetooth Single-Ear (Monaural) Headset - I can hear incoming calls, just no incoming text message announcements. I can also hear music through the device as well. Software says device is up to date. How do I get incoming text message announcements through the ear piece, too?

Tile app integration has found my headset numerous times in situations where it would have otherwise been completely lost. UPDATE: I no longer see "Tile" integration mentioned in the new Poly Lens app. Feature is THE most important feature to me since it finds my phone WAY more reliably than the Poly "find my phone" feature. New app is also missing the battery level in the notification panel, which PLT Hub previously had. UPDATE: Issues above STILL not addressed. Previous version was better.

Thanks for your feedback, and we will improve the Find My Device experience. Meanwhile, if you would like to use the old app (v3.19), you can potentially download it from websites that are not managed by Poly and HP. For example, https://apkpure.com/poly-lens/com.plantronics.headsetservice/versions

Annoyed that app changed with no notice AND that it disconnected from all devices with no warning. Of course I needed it to locate my lost blue tooth, but it was no longer connected. HATE the new app - I am trying to get it to 'see' that my legend is connected, and on the list of devices supported - Legend is not there. App is basically only minimally useful!
