Pics for Wear app shows your photos randomly on the Android wear device.

Each photo is selected on the mobile device and sent to the Android wear.

To start the application, launch the Pics for Wear on the Android wear.

The app automatically tries to keep being front on the wear without any operation.

Long pressing the application's display toggles starting/stopping image acquisition.
